1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 33ck (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://33ck.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and account management features.

33ck reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to have been under 21 years of age at any point during their use of the platform, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at the sole discretion of 33ck.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 33ck platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. 33ck will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33ck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3.4 Account Credentials

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.5 Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33ck offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33ck platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or any other platform rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.

8 Intellectual Property

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33ck platform strictly for your own personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 33ck.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by 33ck

33ck reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe; or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute.

12.2 Closure by 33ck

Following investigation, 33ck may permanently close an account that is found to be in material breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, collusion, or money laundering, all funds held in the account will be forfeited. In cases where no misconduct has been established, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
